Product Details

Our luxuriously soft blankets are available in two different sizes and feature incredible artwork on the top surface. The bottom surface is white. Our 100% polyester blankets are available in two different styles: plush fleece and sherpa fleece. Plush fleece blankets are soft and fluffy on both sides, whereas sherpa blankets are smooth like a soft sweater on the artwork side (i.e. shorter threads) which provides for a sharper image. Looking for a recommendation? Go with a 60" x 80" plush fleece blanket. It's soft and luxurious on both sides... the artwork looks incredible... and the size is just right for everyone.

Artist's Description

The fantastic fall foliage on the Trail of 12 Stones at the Lincoln Boyhood Home National Memorial, where the leaves on the ground were so thick it was almost impossible to find the trail at times.

This hike commemorates significant events in Lincoln's life and career with a memorial stone from the site of each occurrence.

Abraham Lincoln and his family moved to Indiana from Kentucky when he was seven. He lived there for 14 years, from 1816 to 1830, before moving to Illinois when he was 21. This is where Lincoln grew into a man and lost his mother, Nancy, and sister, Sarah.

Located in Lincoln City, Indiana, the Abraham Lincoln Boyhood Home and National Museum preserves the Lincoln family's farm site and his mother's grave. Adjacent to the National Memorial is the Lincoln State Park, created as a memorial to Lincoln's mother. His sister's grave is in the state park at the Little Pigeon Creek Baptist Church and Cemetery.

About Susan Rissi Tregoning

Susan Rissi Tregoning

I'm a travel photographer that enjoys photographing United States architecture, nature, and transportation. As the 8th photographer in 4 generations of my family, I don't remember a time when photography was not part of my life. By the time I was five years old, I was standing on a stool in the darkroom, helping my dad develop pictures. It was my job to transfer the photos from the hypo to the water bath. I went to college for interior design. After I graduated, I had a long successful career as an art buyer and designer for a large home furnishings company. In 2006, I had a significant life change. My husband became a medical traveler, and I decided to put my career on hold to tag along. In the process, I found my roots again. What...
