Artist's Description

The interior of the first Berry-Lincoln Store opened by Abraham Lincoln and William Berry in New Salem, Illinois.

Twenty-one-year-old Abraham Lincoln moved with his extended family to Macon County, Illinois, in March 1830, helping his father establish a farm. About Susan Rissi Tregoning

Susan Rissi Tregoning

I'm a travel photographer that enjoys photographing United States architecture, nature, and transportation. My husband became a medical traveler, and I decided to put my career on hold to tag along. In the process, I found my roots again. What...
