Artist's Description

The amazing fall color in the upper elevations of Minnesota’s Sawtooth Mountains and the Superior National Forest at the peak of autumn.

I found this spot while I was out driving some of the backroads off the Lake Superior North Shore Scenic Drive. I left MN61 close to Schroder and came out just past Lutsen driving on Richey Lake, Sawbill Trail, Honeymoon Trail and Caribou Trail. I was completely lost and don’t have a clue what lake I was on, if you recognize it please let me know its name, I would love to be able to find it again without driving the entire route…LOL!
