Artist's Description

An icy winter view of the rocky Lake Superior shoreline at Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The Split Rock lighthouse can be seen in the distance, perched high above on Stony Point, a 130-foot cliff overlooking the lake. This historic lighthouse was completed in 1910 and is a National Landmark.
