The largest rocking chair on Route 66 at Fanning 66 Outpost General Store in Fanning, Missouri.
The rocking chair is 42 feet tall, more than 20 feet wide, and weighs 27,000 pounds. It was certified by Guinness World’s Records in September 2008 as the world’s largest rocker. But unfortunately, after seven years, they lost the title in 2015 to a rocking chair in Casey, Illinois, which is 56.6 feet tall. Nevertheless, Fanning Outpost can still claim it has the largest rocking chair on Route 66. This thing is massive!
