Description
A startled Wood Stork flies from his perch in the Henderson Swamp.
Wood Storks are entirely white with the exception of their black flight feathers and tail. Their head is unfeathred and scaly looking. They are large wading birds with long necks and a long thick bill that curves at the tip. Their neck while stretched out when flying is drawn in when they perch making them appear humpbacked.
