Artist's Description

The Rosicrucian Egyptian Museum located in San Jose, California, houses the largest collection of Egyptian artifacts on exhibit in western North America.

Architecturally, the buildings on the museum grounds are inspired by the Temple of Amon at Karnak. The museum is amazing but I could easily spend the afternoon enjoying the grounds and gardens. It's easy to forget that you aren't spending the afternoon in Egypt.
