Artist's Description

The stark beauty of ranchland in the rolling hills along Sandhills Journey National Scenic Byway in Nebraska.

Areas where the land is bare, are called blowouts. Blowouts in various sizes occur throughout the Sandhills. They can be anywhere from a few feet in circumference to a few hundred feet.
