The moon rises beside the Duluth Harbor South Breakwater Inner Light on the Duluth Ship Canal as the color lingerers from a spectacular sunset.

One of three lighthouses on the Duluth Ship Canal, the South Breakwater Inner Light, was built in 1900-01 and is used to guide ships through the canal from Lake Superior and under the Aerial Lift Bridge, in Duluth, Minnesota.

It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.
